Hello Rusty, thanks. But how much of the HOWTO did you follow? Installing the actual fonts is only one part. The rest dealt with xfsft. That is a font server which will allow KDE and Netscape to use the TTFs. Did you install xfsft? If so, you should be able to find the TrueType fonts in your font manager in KDE. Just need to add them to the list of usable fonts. I need to change that font page, as Juergan was the one who taught me to install xfsft. George Fri, 14 Apr 2000, ÷Ù ÎÁÐÉÓÁÌÉ:
Dear George Zeigler;
I want to thank you very much for the referral to the True Type Font Mini-HOWTO. Sure made a complicated task simple.
Now that I have True Type fonts installed and working, can anyone reefer me to documentation about how to install TTF's into KDE, Netscape and Star Office.
TIA
Rusty
