You say you know exactly why your system locks. Why don't you fix it?
This sounds like a NAL or M$ problem, not a Linux question.

In that case I would suggest you eliminate your address from the list which will solve the problem for everyone. Your system will not lock up and others will not have to configure their email to accomodate you and your broken system.
