Is there a utility around for viewing TrueType fonts under Linux (without converting them to Type 1)? gfontview doesn't do it. Also, what is the utility for converting TrueType to Type 1?
Hi Paul, there is gfontview. Some members of the list tried it. I didn't so far. It needs a few other packages to be installed. Try the archive from Jan 22 to Feb 19, the thread was named "gfontview". The basics should be in there. ;-) Juergen -- =========================================== __ _ Juergen Braukmann juergen.braukmann@gmx.de| -o)/ / (_)__ __ ____ __ Tel: 0201-743648 dk4jb@db0qs.#nrw.deu.eu | /\\ /__/ / _ \/ // /\ \/ / ===========================================_\_v __/_/_//_/\_,_/ /_/\_\ -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
