For years now, I have been using KDE. Yesterday, I decided to try the combination of Gnome and Enlightenment and a strange problem appeared. Suddenly I am getting the following errors in the log file. Any idea why would this problem exist with Gnome/Enlightenment but not with KDE? Does this combination put so much demand on my CPU? After all this is a PII 300Mhz with 192MB memory. I wouldn't expect this to happen. eahorse kernel: OSS warning: Application caused too many output underrun errors on audio device #0. seahorse kernel: Look at oss/docs/README.performance for more info. and also the following messages: eahorse kernel: eth0: interrupt(s) dropped! -- Avi Schwartz Get a Life avi@CFFtechnologies.com Get Linux -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
