I'm downloading a nice .ISO file (about 650MB). The download is on 58% (after 13 hours), and now it's frozen for already two hours. The computer is still communicating, only the download is frozen. Anything I can do?
Kill Netscape (kill -9 <pid>). This way it will leave what it has already downloaded untouched. Closing it the normal way, won't work because Netscape will then delete the downloaded file. Then use wget to get the rest of the file: cd <directory with the iso image> wget -c <url of iso image> Ciao, Stefan -- To unsubscribe send e-mail to suse-linux-e-unsubscribe@suse.com For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the FAQ at http://www.suse.com/Support/Doku/FAQ/
