[SLE] the old dma transfer question... again

Hi, I recall seeing a thread previoulsy but do not have an archive .. I wan to know how to check if my hard drive is using DMA mode transfers or PIO ones, disk access majorly interrupt any process. any simple answeres to this one other that getting a scsi setup / faster everything. The machine is a P133 with 196 Mb Ram, 2Gb IDE drive....
