As far as i know, SuSE does not make RPM'd versions of new kernels available.. That is untill a new version of SuSE Linux comes out.. My advice is just to download the vanilla kernel source from kernel.org and compile it yourself :) Nice and easy :)
But remember that if you have a boxed official version of SuSE, SuSE cannot support you if you compile your own kernel, as the manual will have informed you.
If you are compiling and customizing your own kernel.. One assumes that you do not need a lot of support..
