I can't find many Google references for Nomad. It seems that is dropped from 11.2.
LTSP/Other Distros It's not support for openSUSE, but it is related to the project which is based on openSUSE
It is similar in concept to openSUSE Build Service, to allow users of other distros to see something openSUSE.
