An update that has two recommended fixes can now be
installed.

Description:

This update for libvpd2 fixes the following issues:

- Add an initial udev rule, causing touch /run/run.vpdupdate to be forked
and executed for every uevent generated. This can cause serious resource
issues during boot. (bsc#1164300)
- Avoid boot to hang due to excessive udev rule execution. (bsc#1154837)

This update was imported from the SUSE:SLE-15-SP1:Update update project.
