An update that has 0 optional fixes can now be installed.

Description:

This update provides sysdig and libb64 for the SLE 12 SP1 package hub.

Sysdig is open source, system-level exploration: capture system state and
activity from a running Linux instance, then save, filter and analyze.
Think of it as strace + tcpdump + lsof + awesome sauce. With a little Lua
cherry on top.

libb64 is a library of ANSI C routines for fast encoding/decoding data
into and from a base64-encoded format. C++ wrappers are included, as well
as the source code for standalone encoding and decoding executables.
