This update provides the latest timezone information for
your system. The changes in detail are:

* Chile is changing its DST rules
* Estimate Morocco 2013-2038 transitions for Ramadan
* New alias Europe/Busingen for Europe/Zurich
* New zones Asia/Khandyga, Asia/Ust-Nera
* Libya moving to CET, but with DST.


Patch Instructions:

To install this openSUSE Recommended Update use YaST online_update.
