thanks for your replay.

1) The easy part is on where you can use the web aided

This part worked like a charm :-) . But I need some guidance in the SVN part -
on openSUSE's translation page I found a link to those SVN-branches: . .

1. If I edit in those branches will it fix both Leap 42.1 and Tumbleweed?

2. I have found out how to compile the .po files to .mo files so I can test the
translation on my computer before uploading (I run Leap 42.1). Do I need to
package the files into a RPM before uploading or is it enough to just upload
the translated .po files?

The Swedish translation for OpenSUSE seems to lag behind the other Nordic
languages. And due to a bug in Leap 42.1
( several menus are
written in Cyrillic alphabet when you install the Swedish language package.

I have used OpenSUSE for many years, and I think it's payback time. I'm
willing to do some works on the Swedish translation and I contacted the
Swedish team-leader Jonas Björk (jonas@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx), but he isn't active
in the translation process any more. How can I help?

Jonas Svensson

Hello, you can simply start translating and request svn acces :)

1) The easy part is on where you can use the web aided

2) For the non-migrated content you need to work up in the svn and fixup all
the problems as noticed in the bug above.
