It can't, no matter what you do. There is no string freeze
phase. You insist because you know nothing about translating. It
is not a question of tools or procedures.

So let's wait for Weblate deployment to be finished and let's prove
you wrong ;-) Yes it will not be translated to 100% all time, but
we can have most of it translated most of the time.

Then you will have to test and document it all.

Which is what I did, years ago. I made procedures, documented them and
the tools. I had to discover how things worked and explain it to
others. It took years of work.

Well, now I'm tired, and I will not do that huge effort again. I don't
feel up to that task.

It's up to the people that are modifying the system to do it for us,
this time.
