Long time since I used svn, but I think it will ask for your password
when you try to commit.

I think it should ask for the password on the first, initial checkout. Then
the password is saved locally, in
"~/.subversion/auth/svn.ssl.server/*****", I think, and used for all
subsequent connections.


I will try a small commit and see what happens, anyway.


Mmm... you are right, it asks on 1st commit. :-o
