So 28th will be the last day for us to submit the translations?

Yes, but I'd say the following week is also fine, esp. because you are
still allowed to test and fix bugs.

I think this point should be clarify on future roadmaps.

Some time ago, Thorsten wrote such a boiler plate:

General deadlines:
==================

Checkin deadline for base/core packages or packages with a huge
number of depending packages: Fridays, 15:00 CET

Checkin deadline for leaf packages: Mondays, 17:00 CET

This is always the Friday/Monday before a Alpha/Beta/RC release
is scheduled.

I'd like to add concerning translations:

Translations to be included must be submitted to the SVN at 3 hours
earlier.

Will all package maintainers get them in that case?

[And instead of CET now use CEST.]

Let's say: "Nuernberg (Germany) local time (CET/CEST depending on season)"

Also, it is not clear when is the last day to submit the translation
of the release notes. Jun 10 ?

June 16th is probably fine (that's the Monday before public release).
Do not worry to much about release notes now, we will surely publish
online updates of the release notes.

Could you add this to the roadmap wiki page, please?

Andreas
