You still have some tumbleweed packages. For instance:

Tue Feb 12 2019 Wed Jan 30 2019 bash-completion-doc
2.8-2.2 noarch openSUSEhttps://bugs.opensuse.org ==
openSUSE Tumbleweed (none)
Tue Feb 12 2019 Wed Jan 30 2019 boost-license1_68_0
1.68.0-3.3 noarch openSUSEhttps://bugs.opensuse.org ==
openSUSE Tumbleweed (none)
Tue Feb 12 2019 Wed Jan 30 2019 colord-color-profiles
1.4.3-1.4 x86_64 openSUSEhttps://bugs.opensuse.org ==
openSUSE Tumbleweed (none)
Tue Feb 12 2019 Tue Jan 29 2019 firewall-macros
0.6.3-2.2 noarch openSUSEhttps://bugs.opensuse.org ==
openSUSE Tumbleweed (none)
Tue Feb 12 2019 Wed Jan 30 2019 javapackages-filesystem
5.3.0-2.2 x86_64 openSUSEhttps://bugs.opensuse.org ==
openSUSE Tumbleweed (none)

Tue Feb 12 2019 Wed Jan 30 2019 patterns-kde-kde_games
20181130-1.2 noarch openSUSEhttps://bugs.opensuse.org
== openSUSE Tumbleweed (none)
Tue Feb 12 2019 Wed Jan 30 2019 patterns-kde-kde_pim
20181130-1.2 noarch openSUSEhttps://bugs.opensuse.org
== openSUSE Tumbleweed (none)
Tue Feb 12 2019 Wed Jan 30 2019 system-user-root
20170617-1.16 noarch openSUSEhttps://bugs.opensuse.org
== openSUSE Tumbleweed (none)

Those have no importance, but you can see they were installed last tuesday.
There are others that are important.

Run this:

rpm -q -a --queryformat "%{INSTALLTIME}\t%{INSTALLTIME:day} \
%{BUILDTIME:day} %-30{NAME}\t%15{VERSION}-%-7{RELEASE}\t%{arch} \
%25{VENDOR}%25{PACKAGER} == %{DISTRIBUTION} %{DISTTAG}\n" \
| sort | cut --fields="2-" | tee rpmlist \
| grep -i "Tumbleweed" | less -S

And replace every occurrence with the adequate package from 42.3 repos.
