works: I've just rebuild

also locally in osc and updated to my newly built libQt5PrintSupport5.
I now indeed see the CUPS default setting when going to the print
dialog. I'll update the bug.

Not that I will have anything to do with the actual bug but you might want to add what version of opensuse your using in the bugreport.
Huh? This bug is opened against Leap 15, what else is missing?
A "cat /etc/os-release" from a terminal would suffice.
