[opensuse-security] Firewalld fails to start

I am running opensuse 15.1 with firewalld-0.8.3-lp151.1.1.noarch from h ttp://download.opensuse.org/repositories/security:/netfilter/openSUSE_L eap_15.1/ . I found it wasn't starting and discovered it required python3-nftables in order to run but that wasn't a prereq. Should firewalld prereq python3-nftables? If I understand correctly "openSUSE Secure Boot CA" with sha1 fingerprint 46:59:83:8c:82:03:fe:15:52:ad:19:e1:86:09:db:21:7e:3a:d2:4f will stay unchanged? Is the new key available for download somewhere? I have my own set of PK/KEK and import such keys usually manually.
