Will no longer be PUBLIC FTP, you will receive login details when you buy. Updates also allow for any upgrades (someone correct me if I am wrong...)
2) When I buy SuSE Enterprise Server this year it means that updates support I will have till 2009? You have commercial support for the product for a period of 1 year, thereafter it is ONLY security patches. You can renew the maintenance support agreement annually.
3) License. It is still GPL (except YAST and SuSEconfig), so if I buy one box I can run on it 5 servers? NO. You purchase licenses per server and users, not per site. Specifically, you are purchasing the right to use an extremely stable version of our favourite Linux distro, but what you PAY for is the commercial support, documentation and access to updates etc.
And last one. Is it true that summer this year SuSE Enterprise Server 9 will be available? dunno, sorry
