Hello

I have a similar problem.
Same situation here, everything stops (not reproducable), no ssh login,
but ping still works fine.
No indicative log entries, no warnings.

My System:
Suse 8.1
2.4.19-4GB
openssh-3.4p1-215
openssl-0.9.6g-68
j2sdk-1.4.2_02-fcs
jakarta-tomcat-4.1.27-LE-jdk14
cvs-1.11.1p1-235

Thanks for your advice
Michel Herzog
