If you search with keyword 'YOU' at sdb.suse.com, there are several hints listed, particulary http://sdb.suse.de/de/sdb/html/swiegra_you-gpg.html, but neiter this nor other helped me so far. Don't know whats going on. You must import the new suse build key into RPM's keyring export GNUPGHOME=/usr/lib/rpm/gnupg and then delete the old key and add the new one ...
