I'm having a hard time understanding your post. I'll assume your trying to allow a pptp vpn connection through your firewall. Your internal network seems to be masquaraded. To my knowledge IP Tables doesn't support protocol 47 which is required for PPTP traversal. In order to support this you need to install an experimental patch. See the link below good luck getting it to work.
