7.0 uses 2.1.3. The package is named libc, not glibc.
You can find the source RPM on
ftp.suse.com/pub/suse/discontinued/i386/update/6.4/zq1/libc-2.1.3-209.src.rpm
It contains all patches for all bugs but the RPC-bug.

Of course. That's why we have the discontinued/ directory tree. It's
probably not available on most mirrors (which is a recommendation for the
mirror admins to save space).
