you have to build dsa-keys (ssh-keygen -d) and put them into the file authorized_keys2. known hosts are stored in the file known_hosts2. just connect once manually (probably to copy the public dsa-key to the peer) and everything will be fine :-) cheers, stefan -----Original Message----- From: Drew J. All, I had this working perfectly way back when I was using Data Fellow's SSH. Now, I have switched everything over to OpenSSH using SSH2 and am getting the following error when I try to scp. What am I missing? The authenticity of host 'xxxx' can't be established. RSA key fingerprint is 99:06:bd:3f:e7:ba:11:fc:a8:c5:9f:a3:d8:6d:12:AB. Are you sure you want to continue connecting (yes/no)? Aborted by user! verify_host_key failed Also I am trying to use DSA, not RSA. How do I change that? Thanks :-) ============================================ Drew J.
