Hi Jasmine,

shouldn't be a big problem. Check the following:
-Is Apache allowed to read/list the documents in the ~user directories?
-Is there a <Directory /home/of/user> for the user directories in
your httpd.conf?
-What tells your error_log of this site when you try to access?

If you check these you will find the prob in most cases.
