This process is called port forwarding.
You didn't specify exactly what it is you want to connect to on your
internal computer.
But you would need to know what ports and protocols these services use for
incoming connections.
Also if you're using SuSEfirewall(ipchains) or SuSEfirewall2(iptables) they
come with comprehensive examples.

After you install it look in /usr/share/doc/packages/SuSEfirewall2/EXAMPLES
