Sorry,access denied,the port number given has been disabled for security reason

Hi all I have a Suse 7.1 just installed No firewall is installed at the moment I can surf on the net throught a proxy, ANALOGX proxy, a freeware proxy, on a windows machine The settings for http are 192.168.0.254 port 6588 and for ftp 192.168.0.254 on port 21 When i try to access an ftp site the browser (Netscape) says: Sorry, access to the port number given has been disabled for security reasons. Please really Please can someone help me on solve that problem? Thank you very much By all
