I'd like to listen what SuSe Security Team has to say about this, and of course all other people in the list (soon many of us - if not all -, will just be criminals by this law).
What a silly thought. Who says that SuSE will continue distributing this kind of software no matter what happens? These tools will just not be distributed any more, that's it. Everyone who has them already will still be able to use them like now, and there probably will still be development on them, with the only difference that official distibution will be stopped.
