Not to burst your bubble but it really changes nothing as far as consumers
are concerned. RSA still holds the COPYRIGHT on RSA implimentations, meaning
you still must use RSAREF if you are in the US, export laws still exist,
etc, etc. Expect to see an article shortly on it =).
