SSL is a lot easier to deal with. I'm not 100% sure of your meaning here, I
assume the ISP is running a vanilla POP server and you want to use APOP to
the firewall so users cannot sniff each others passwordss. Just setup an SSL
proxy, it's one checkbox in outlook/etc, quite easy to do.
