I the opensuse name vote, "none of the above" would not cover my
possible vote, which basically was "I don't know" or "I don't understand
".

The correct one is "blank" or "abstain" (it is the one chosen in my
legislation), while "none of the above" is another different
possibility when choosing one or more from a list.
