Hello,
The announcement for the next openSUSE Board election is done. Please read http://news.opensuse.org/2012/11/13/the-board-election-2012/
Make sure that you are able to vote, or even better, able to run!
Could you please add information about the terms that are coming to an end? Just stating that 2 positions are up for grabs is insufficient. We have rules about who may or may not get elected to maintain appropriate composition of the board. A hypothetical example. If both seats up for election need to be occupied by community members that do not work for SUSE, but only community members that happen to work for SUSE run for election we have a problem. Therefore, the details about the two seats are important and have influence on the potential candidacy of community members. Yes, I know, the details are on one of the liked pages, but you managed to get the details about the phases into the announcement, thus the important details about the seats should be there as well.
