Greeter is in need of attention :) That is actually what Help Assistant should replace.
It still won't solve the problem as the documentation is what needs polishing.
And yes user will have to remember one location support page http://en.opensuse.org/Portal:Support
That is when Internet is working. What is needed are offline pages to fix problems with network access and graphics, so that people can actually access Portal:Support.
Then make Portal:Support documentation available offline i.e pdf file or info file. Interestingly ages ago (SuSE 7.2 or so) I had initiated a project called susefaq and the idea was similar have something that is working with or without network access. But I won't do it again. So in order to have Help Assistant working with no network you still need polished documentation that is also available offline regularly updated to reflect changes what is available online Togan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-project+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, email: opensuse-project+owner@opensuse.org
