I wouldn't dare to say it that way. Once it's flashed there is no way to reverse it or modifying it. And that's the MS Dream come true. If this would flash the ROM or any other mechanism theoretically it's possible to change it.. Not on this case. At least, this is the information as far as I have been collecting about UEFI+SecureBoot+Digital Keys+Microfosoft Key Management+etc...
