Chuck,

I meant I tested Yast wagon 16 months ago with 11.2 was released and 8
months ago when 11.3 was released.

But I've been too busy to test it for the 11.3 => 11.4 migration path.
 So that is all that needs to be tested.

And assuming it goes well, documentation updated to reflect that.
