so how is about using X 4.0.1 & SuSE 6.4 ?
My config is: - SuSE 6.4 PPC - Linux 2.4.0-test2 - X 4.0.1 (straight outta XFree86 cvs) - DRI for X 4.0.1 (cvs, ditto)
So I will try your keymaps xbd ? tommorow, but is it X 4.0.1 compatible - I guess no.
It is compatible. Please follow the instructions at http://penguinppc.org/ xf4. If you have an ADB keyboard you need the new input layer or the keys 10/50 (console) and 18/58 (X11) are swapped. It is solved in the current Benh kernel. USB keyboards should be fine. Gruss Olaf -- $ man clone BUGS Main feature not yet implemented...
