Yes, IIRC it's a failed source service running while at the time source services were disabled for this repo. I think speilicke or coolo helped me manually last time a package failed because of this. You will have to open a bug or trigger one of the heads.
Thanks for looking into this. I'll file a bug report . Should it be against the openSUSE Build Service product?
