[opensuse-packaging] build-compare isn't executed?

See https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log?arch=x86_64&package=libSOIL&project=home%3ARedDwarf&repository=openSUSE_11.3 Between ... creating baselibs ... saving built packages there should be the build-compare output. It's not specific of my repo.
