Yes, this looks like something that should be looked at. I have put it on my 'look-at-this-once-you-have-a-free-slot'-list. (No, this is not a dead list, nor a joke.) I know that there are several packages that are in the wrong category, sigh. Are there more suggestions what groups could be changed/adapted?
