I have to admit I don't quite get why an epiphany user should be interested in updating Mozilla packages. What would be the reason to do so?
To use Sunbird, or some other stand-alone Mozilla product? As Wolfgang answered, the conflict is because epiphany depends on a certain version of mozilla-xulrunner, and the Mozilla repo provides a newer version.
