qt-devel requires gcc-c++ and xorg-x11-devel, so you can remove this.

SL 10.0 has no Qt4 IIRC, so you need to compile against the KDE:Qt project.

IIRC we do not have a Qt4 for Fedora yet. But feel free to enhance KDE:Qt also
for Fedora ;)
