wo kriegt man denn das Update her? Ist kein You - Suse-Kernelupdate, oder? Ist es nicht riskant, einen nicht angepassten Kernel zu nehmen? Gruß Frank
Also Suspend to Disk habe ich noch nie probiert ... wie aktiviere ich das? Woher weiss ich ob der beim schliessen des Deckels nicht nur das Display abschaltet?

habe Suse 9.1 auf einem IBM R40. Meistens funktioniert Suspend to Disk - aber nicht immer. Nun häuft es sich, dass nach dem "aufwachen" das Netz nicht mehr richtig funktioniert. In meiner var/log/messages habe ich folgendes gefunden, was ich für relevant halte:

Ich schalte mit scpm zwischen verschiedenen Profilen um - zuhause verwende ich die Ethernet-Schnittstelle, in der Uni bin ich am Wlan-Netz angeschlossen.
Hat jemand eine Idee?
