[Entschuldigung, falls diese Nachricht zweimal ankommt; der E-Mail-Klient war vorhin noch nicht richtig konfiguriert.] Hallo, ich habe gerade SuSE 8.2 auf einem ACER TravelMate 332T aufgesetzt. Alles ging einwandfrei, nur die Konfiguration der PCMCIA-Ethernet-Karte (AROWANA Fast Lan 100) macht Schwierigkeiten. Die Karte wurde nicht automatisch erkannt. Ich habe mit YaST dann eth-pcmcia konfiguriert, aber irgendwo hakt's. ifconfig gibt nur die interfaces "lo" und "sit0" aus. /var/log/messages hat die folgenden einträge vom boot-prozess: Oct 23 16:42:38 kelllaptop rcpcmcia: /sbin/insmod /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB/kernel/drivers/pcmcia/pcmcia_core.o Oct 23 16:42:38 kelllaptop rcpcmcia: Using /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB/kernel/drivers/pcmcia/pcmcia_core.o Oct 23 16:42:38 kelllaptop rcpcmcia: Symbol version prefix '' Oct 23 16:42:38 kelllaptop kernel: Linux Kernel Card Services 3.1.22 Oct 23 16:42:38 kelllaptop kernel: options: [pci] [cardbus] [pm] Oct 23 16:42:38 kelllaptop rcpcmcia: /sbin/insmod /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB/kernel/drivers/pcmcia/yenta_socket.o Oct 23 16:42:38 kelllaptop rcpcmcia: Using /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB/kernel/drivers/pcmcia/yenta_socket.o Oct 23 16:42:38 kelllaptop rcpcmcia: Symbol version prefix '' Oct 23 16:42:38 kelllaptop kernel: PCI: Guessed IRQ 9 for device 00:13.0 Oct 23 16:42:38 kelllaptop kernel: Yenta IRQ list 0818, PCI irq9 Oct 23 16:42:38 kelllaptop kernel: Socket status: 30000827 Oct 23 16:42:39 kelllaptop rcpcmcia: /sbin/insmod /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB/kernel/drivers/pcmcia/ds.o Oct 23 16:42:39 kelllaptop rcpcmcia: Using /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB/kernel/drivers/pcmcia/ds.o Oct 23 16:42:39 kelllaptop rcpcmcia: Symbol version prefix '' Oct 23 16:42:40 kelllaptop kernel: cs: cb_alloc(bus 2): vendor 0x10ec, device 0x8139 Oct 23 16:42:40 kelllaptop kernel: PCI: Enabling device 02:00.0 (0000 -> 0003) Oct 23 16:42:40 kelllaptop cardmgr[900]: modpath = /lib/modules/2.4.20-4GB/ Oct 23 16:42:40 kelllaptop cardmgr[900]: modsubdir = pcmcia Oct 23 16:42:40 kelllaptop cardmgr[900]: watching 1 sockets Oct 23 16:42:40 kelllaptop kernel: cs: IO port probe 0x0c00-0x0cff: clean.
