Bei mir läuft Suse 8.1 auf einem Dell Inspiron 8200. Erst einmal ein Lob; die Einrichtung des WLAN mit YAST2 ist wirklich super. Leider ist bei mir noch ein Schönheitsfehler. Nach jedem Neustart muss ich entweder YAST2 starten und (ohne Änderungen) die Netwerkkarte neu konfigurieren oder ich muss in der Konsole peking:/home/olaf # rcnetwork restart Shutting down network interfaces: eth0 done eth-pcmcia-0 ifdown: Could not get a valid interface name: -> skipped done eth-pcmcia done Setting up network interfaces: lo done eth-pcmcia (DHCP) . . . . Lässt sich das so einrichten, dass die Karte automatisch beim Hochfahren so konfiguriert wird? dmesg gibt Folgendes: hermes.c: 5 Apr 2002 David Gibson <hermes@gibson.dropbear.id.au> orinoco.c 0.11b (David Gibson <hermes@gibson.dropbear.id.au> and others) orinoco_cs.c 0.11b (David Gibson <hermes@gibson.dropbear.id.au> and others) eth1: Station identity 001f:0003:0000:0008 eth1: Looks like an Intersil firmware version 0.08 eth1: Ad-hoc demo mode supported eth1: IEEE standard IBSS ad-hoc mode supported eth1: WEP supported, 104-bit key eth1: MAC address 00:30:BD:62:0A:02 eth1: Station name "Prism I" eth1: ready eth1: index 0x01: Vcc 5.0, irq 3, io 0x0100-0x013f eth1: Error -110 writing Tx descriptor to BAP eth1: Error -110 writing Tx descriptor to BAP eth1: Error -110 writing Tx descriptor to BAP eth1: Error -110 writing Tx descriptor to BAP eth1: Error -110 writing Tx descriptor to BAP PCI: Found IRQ 11 for device 00:1f.5 PCI: Sharing IRQ 11 with 00:1f.6 PCI: Setting latency timer of device 00:1f.5 to 64 IPv6 v0.8 for NET4.0 IPv6 over IPv4 tunneling driver Hat das Problem etwas mit den Fehlermeldungen zu tun?
