I have a few items I would like to add to OBS, building for MinGW. I have worked with OBS making packages for openSUSE, but have not done so for MinGW. The packages I want to build do exist in openSUSE. I am looking for advice about the least painful way to continue. I can: 1. start with the openSUSE spec for the package and adapt that 2. use a similar type of package from MinGW and adapt that 3. start from scratch I am soliciting advice on locating a good example of a spec for a package that: - only provides libraries - only provides an executable - provides both Perhaps a well-written easily handles all these. I am sure all the existing specs are fine. What I am after is one that is closest to doing it the preferred way on which I can base my additions. When these are done, I am sure they would be interesting to add to the MinGW repo. The packages I want to add are: - proj - libgd - ImageMagick - Tcl/Tk, including at lease these additional packages: * Tix * Img * BLT * BWidget * tkTable * pixane * tklib * tkxml Yours sincerely, Roger Oberholtzer OPQ Systems / Ramböll RST Office: Int +46 10-615 60 20 Mobile: Int +46 70-815 1696 roger.oberholtzer@ramboll.se ________________________________________ Ramböll Sverige AB Krukmakargatan 21 P.O.
