Hi folks,
I'm trying to do a review of our pages on the wiki, and in looking at the search results for marketing pages, I came across two distinct page leaders:
http://en.opensuse.org/Marketing/(whatever) http://en.opensuse.org/Marketing_Team/(whatever)
Is there a reason how we ended up with two different things instead of all under one? I'd like to know the history and background before I think about what needs to be tackled.
See our search results here:
Hello , Well as you can see, the http://en.opensuse.org/Marketing page has been redirected to http://en.opensuse.org/Marketing/Team . That means someone took the initiative to make some changes to the Marketing related pages but did not completed his/her entire task. Now what I feel is that , in regard to the current Team-Organization process going on , Tasks and Team are not to be mixed. Thus , I am not aware of the actual reason but would like to propose that it would be better to separate them out and then include the required details in Marketing , its not a compulsion to input more n more data and then modify the existing Marketing/Team page as per finalization of the actual Team's Page Template (will take some time).Just my 2 cents ;)
Thanks in advance, Bryen M Yunashko
