Yes it does not work at all    --
I think I have fixed lyx now to work in tr_TR locale (it does not work
in tr_TR.UTF-8):

    ftp://ftp.suse.com/pub/people/mfabian/8.0-i386/lyx-1.2.0-5.i386.rpm

Please test.

I hope I didn't break anything for other languages.
