[opensuse-kernel] CONFIG_SWIOTLB=n in powerpc vanilla configs

Hi, Is there a reason why we do not set CONFIG_SWIOTLB in the powerpc vanilla configs? The configs are otherwise almost identical do the respective default ones, this is the only difference no explained by our patches.
