Could you simply install build 16.08.0 from 42.2? http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/42.2/repo/oss/suse/x86_64/oku... Gianluca On Sun, 8 Jan 2017, Mark Goldstein wrote:
Hi,
I know that some people are using KDE3 on TW.
Recently okular on TW has been updatet to v1.0.0 (build 16.12.0). For me this updated version lost usefull tools in file save dialog. Previous version (0.26, build 16.8.0) worked correctly. There was "settings" icon in file save dialog and there one could enable "show bookmars", so he/she could bookmark frequently used directories and quickly select them later. In my setup it was lost with new version.
I asked on factory list and got an answer, that new okular "was ported to KDE Framework 5 and uses KF5 file dialog instead of kde4 one".
Somebody else sees this problem? Maybe there is something I need to install additionally?
I initially did not install plasma5, just xfce and then kde3. But later I've added some kde5 applications (like okular, digikam) that pulled quite a lot of plasma5 packages..
