I have found a simple solution for the case, the BT dongle is not started correctly. One just has to install a new udev rule, the rule looks like this: KERNEL=="hci[0-9]*", SUBSYSTEM=="bluetooth", RUN+="/usr/bin/hciconfig %k up" I saved this rule as /etc/udev/rules.d/75-bluetooth-enable.rules Restart the machine, next time, the dongle is up and running. But, your problem seems to be different. Your dongle is running, you have a pairing issue. The solution above may not help for you....
